The harm has specific machinery \u2014 a text used as a weapon, a father in the faith who turned, an altar call that worked. Talking about it in a room where nobody knows what an altar call is costs you half the hour in translation.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bf-p\">These four groups exist so that the translation is unnecessary. Two sentences about what brought you is plenty.<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"bf-step\"><h3>A short conversation first<\/h3><p>Fifteen to twenty minutes with the leader, by message or voice, before you are placed. It exists so you can ask questions and so the group is the right one.<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"bf-step\"><h3>Read the covenant<\/h3><p>Confidentiality, no proselytising, no cross-talk that corrects someone&#8217;s beliefs, and a clear route to raise a concern about the leader.
