People write asking about &#8220;the thing where you get the oil,&#8221; or ask whether a marriage counts, or ask something that turns out to be about a funeral eleven years ago. The Chancery reads for what is being asked, not for how well it is phrased.<\/p>\n    <p class=\"bf-p\">You will not be handed to a volunteer, a chatbot, or a queue.
