Bloom Ministries is a faith-rooted, trans-led, and disabled-led nonprofit organization dedicated to advocacy, spiritual care, relocation support, disability justice, and tangible assistance for marginalized communities.
The following disclosures are provided to ensure compliance with federal and state nonprofit regulations and to help donors understand how Bloom Ministries is structured and governed.

Bloom Ministries is a federally recognized 501(c)(3) public charity under the Internal Revenue Code.

Contributions to Bloom Ministries are tax-deductible to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Our charitable purpose is to support transgender, disabled, and marginalized communities through programs of advocacy, justice, relocation support, spiritual care, and compassionate community services.

Charitable solicitation laws vary by state. Bloom Ministries is committed to complying with all applicable state fundraising regulations.
As our programs expand nationally, Bloom Ministries will register with additional states where registration is required before actively conducting fundraising campaigns in those jurisdictions.
When multi-state registrations are completed, this page will be updated to include:
