Your gift means the world to us. Bloom Ministries (“Bloom”) is a faith-rooted, trans-led, and disabled-led nonprofit organization headquartered in Oregon. Our mission is to provide advocacy, spiritual care, and tangible support for transgender, disabled, and marginalized communities.
🌿 Tax and Legal Status
Bloom Ministries is an Oregon domestic nonprofit corporation, officially incorporated with the Oregon Secretary of State.
Our IRS 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status is currently pending approval.
Until the IRS confirms our tax-exempt status, donations are not yet tax-deductible for federal income tax purposes. Once the exemption is approved, contributions will be deductible as allowed by law under IRC §170(c), and this page will be updated to reflect the official EIN and effective date.

🌎 Fundraising Beyond Oregon
Bloom Ministries is not currently soliciting donations outside the State of Oregon.
As our programs expand, we will comply with each state’s charitable solicitation requirements before seeking or accepting contributions in those jurisdictions.
When future registration occurs, this page will list all required state disclosure statements (including Florida, New York, Virginia, and others) in compliance with their respective laws.
