All donations made through this Site are voluntary and non-refundable.
You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information when donating or registering for events.

At this time, Bloom Ministries’ 501(c)(3) application is pending with the IRS, meaning donations are not yet tax-deductible. Once approved, we will provide updated documentation reflecting our federal nonprofit status.

Bloom Ministries uses secure third-party processors (PayPal, Stripe, Donorbox, etc.) to handle all payment transactions. We do not store or directly process your credit card information.

6️⃣ User Submissions

You may submit comments, stories, photos, or other materials through our contact forms, volunteer sign-ups, or email communications (“Submitted Materials”).

By submitting content, you grant Bloom Ministries a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content for educational, advocacy, or mission-related purposes.

You agree not to submit materials that:

  • Are defamatory, hateful, or discriminatory,

  • Infringe upon others’ intellectual property rights,

  • Contain viruses or harmful code, or

  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

Our Site may include links to third-party websites for convenience or reference. Bloom Ministries does not control or endorse these sites and is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability.

If you provide your email address or mobile number, you may receive occasional updates about our programs, events, or campaigns.
You can unsubscribe at any time by following the link in the message or replying “STOP” to text messages.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining terms will remain in effect.
Failure by Bloom Ministries to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver.
These Terms represent the full agreement between you and Bloom Ministries regarding use of this Site.
