Trans people need dignified employment. Disabled people need dignified caregivers. Bloom In-Home Care is being built to answer both at the same time — caregivers trained and paid fairly, clients treated as people rather than task lists. This fund pays for the building.

  • The licensing and compliance groundwork an in-home care agency legally requires before it may serve a single client
  • Program infrastructure — intake, screening, and scheduling systems built before they are needed rather than after
  • The standard itself: care planned around what makes a life worth living, not the minimum a contract requires

Honest about the stage

Bloom In-Home Care is in development — the model is set and the groundwork is underway, and this page will say so plainly until the agency is licensed and taking clients. A gift today funds the build, not a service that does not exist yet. We would rather tell you that than let you assume otherwise.
