You can come
and say nothing.
Six peer groups, free, structured so that attending without speaking is a completely normal way to participate. Nobody will call on you.

Attend one, attend several, or drift between them. There is no enrollment and no attendance expectation.
Transition at any stage or no stage, disclosure decisions, documents, care access, and the ordinary business of living in a body other people have opinions about.
Chronic illness, benefits systems, pacing, and the particular exhaustion of proving your own condition repeatedly to people who have decided in advance.
For people leaving, questioning, or trying to salvage something. No destination is assumed — staying, leaving, and rebuilding are all normal outcomes here.
Death, but also the other losses that rarely get named as grief: a body that changed, a future that closed, a version of yourself that had to be set down.
For people who have recently moved somewhere safer and discovered that safe and easy are different things. Rebuilding a life where you know nobody is its own hard thing.
Estrangement, conditional contact, and holidays. For people who have been cut off and for people managing a relationship that costs them something every time.
You will not be called on, gone around the circle to, or asked to introduce yourself. Sitting quietly through an entire session is a normal and complete way to attend.
These are facilitated by people with lived experience, not therapists running treatment. That makes them something different from therapy, not a substitute for it.
No fee, no suggested donation, no membership. Nobody in a support group is ever asked to give money to Bloom.
Confidentiality is the group’s first agreement. Facilitators do not report content anywhere, and nothing from a group is ever used in any Bloom material.
Schedules, meeting format, and access links are sent directly rather than published, so that a group’s meeting time is not sitting on a public page for anyone to find.
Use the contact form with the group name in the subject line, or say “not sure” and describe what is going on — we will suggest one.
Peer support is real support, and it is also not the same as crisis intervention or clinical treatment. If today is bad, Crisis Support is the faster door and 988 is faster still.
47 people were helped before we asked for a dollar. Monthly giving is what lets us say yes before the money is in hand.
