Using this site

By using bloomministries.org/ you agree to these terms. If you do not, please do not use the site. Nothing here limits your ability to receive services from Bloom.

This site is not professional advice

Content here is general information. It is not legal advice, medical advice, mental health treatment, or tax advice, and reading it does not create a professional relationship of any kind. Law and policy in the areas we write about change quickly and vary enormously by state. Always confirm anything consequential with a qualified professional or the relevant agency before acting on it.

Pastoral care offered through Bloom is spiritual and emotional accompaniment. It is not clinical mental health treatment and is not a substitute for it.

Emergencies

This website is not an emergency service and is not monitored around the clock. If you are in immediate danger, call 911. For crisis support at any hour, call or text 988, or reach Trans Lifeline at 877-565-8860.

Our content

Text, design, and materials on this site belong to Bloom Ministries unless stated otherwise. You are welcome to quote, share, and link to our content with attribution — and if you want to reproduce something substantial for organizing, education, or another nonprofit’s use, ask us. The answer is usually yes and usually immediate.

The Bloom Ministries name and logo are ours and may not be used to imply endorsement or affiliation without permission.

What you send us

You keep ownership of anything you submit. We use it only to respond to you and provide services. We will never publish your submission, your story, or your identity — see the Privacy Policy for the full commitment, which is stronger than what most organizations offer.

Please do not use our forms to send threats, harassment, spam, or content that is unlawful.

Links to other sites

We link to other organizations and resources. We do not control them and cannot guarantee their content, accuracy, or how they treat you. A link is a pointer, not a warranty.

Availability and limits

We provide this site as-is. We work to keep it accurate and available and cannot guarantee either without interruption. To the fullest extent the law allows, Bloom Ministries is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes, law, and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top will change. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Questions go to Contact.
