- IRS Determination Letter — confirming 501(c)(3) status. Available on request at Contact pending upload here.
- Articles of Incorporation — Oregon, filed October 17, 2025. Available on request pending upload.
- EIN Confirmation — 39-4922713. Independently verifiable through the IRS Tax Exempt Organization Search without contacting us.
- Oregon Charitable Registration — on file with the Oregon Department of Justice, Charitable Activities Section, and searchable through the state.

Bloom was founded in October 2025. The following are genuinely not available — not withheld, not delayed, simply not yet due under the filing calendar. Each will be posted here the week it is filed.
- IRS Form 990 — first filing deadline has not arrived. Once filed, it is also public through the IRS and through third-party databases, independent of this page.
- Annual financial statement — first full fiscal year still in progress.
- Independent audit — not required at our current revenue level. If we reach a threshold where one is required or advisable, we will commission it and publish the result including any findings.
Publishing what does not exist yet, and why, is part of the same commitment as publishing what does. The gaps are supposed to be legible.

Name the document and we will either send it or tell you honestly why we cannot. Grant reviewers, journalists, and prospective donors all get the same answer.
